Ryan Dolan: “Eurovision was the best experience in my life!”

Ryan Dolan was one of the guests at this year’s Eurovision Live Concert in Setubal. We all remember him representing Ireland last year in Eurovision with “Only Love Survives”, a song that became very popular among Eurovision fans.

We met Ryan in Setubal, and spoke to him about his trip to Portugal, his current projects, and we also asked him about his own Eurovision experience, and if he wanted to take part in Eurovision again. Check out all of that in our interview with Ryan right here:

I watched Eurovision in 1998 for the first time (by accident), and wondered what this show was where this girl with a cape sang in Croatian on Hungarian television. It's needless to say that I watch this show ever since. 2008 in Belgrade was the first Eurovision I've ever been to, and since then I've been to most of them.
My favourite Eurovision winner is "Everyway That I Can", and one of my all time favorite Eurovision songs is "Igranka".

You missed the obvious question – his coming out. It would have been nice to hear what he had to say and I think it would help a lot of people in similar positions.
