Edyta Gorniak released “Glow on”

Edyta Gorniak, the very very first Eurovision entrant for Poland, has released a new song a couple of days ago. “Glow on” is her second (after the summer hit “Your High”) single from her upcoming new album, which is expected in the first half of next year.

Edyta’s last studio album called “My” was released on Valentine’s Day in 2012. Last Saturday, Edyta performed “Glow on” live during the final of “The Voice of Poland”, where she takes part as a jury member. It’s worth to mention that in the final two of “The Voice” were one singer coached by Edyta, and the other one by Justyna Steczkowska (who represented Poland in Eurovision 1995). At the end Edyta’s artist finished second.

Polish Television TVP announced that Gorniak will again take part in New Year’s Eve Party in city of Wroclaw. Last year she surprised Eurovision fans by singing “To nie ja” live at midnight to celebrate the 20th anniversary of her participation, and 2nd place in Dublin. Apart from Edyta, TVP2 invited Donatan & Cleo (Eurovision 2014), Natasza Urbanska (Polish national final 2007-2008), Afromental (Polish national final 2008), Margaret (fans’ favourite to represent Poland in Vienna) and Tomas Anders (German national final 2006) as well. Tomasz Kammel (host of Eurovision Young Dancers 2013) will co-host the show which will be broadcast live in TVP2.

Let’s remind ourselves of Edyta’s performance of “To nie ja” during last year’s New Year’s Eve:
