The first act in Beovizija to be selected on the 14th of December!

After a year out, Serbia is coming back in Eurovision 2015, and the next Serbian entrant is going to be selected in a national final. Vladimir Graic is going to compose three songs for this final – two of them will be sung by famous Serbian singers, while the third one will be sung by an upcoming artist, selected from the auditions.

Over 300 artists applied to take part in the national final. Vladimir Graic, joined by Leontina Vukomanovic, Aleksandar Kobac, and Dragan Ilic, have been to six different cities in Serbia, where the auditions were held. They have listened to the applicants, and Vladimir Graic has narrowed the selection down to 30 singers.

Vladimir and his team are now going to select the best 10. These 10 acts will take part in a special show of “Nedeljno popodne” on RTS, and joined by a live band they will sing one song each. This show will take place on the 14th of December, starting from 17:00 CET, and one of the ten acts will become the first known entrant in Beovizija 2015 – the national final which will determine Serbia’s Eurovision entrant for Vienna.

Many singers who previously took part in talent shows in Serbia have applied for the auditions, as well as Marija Lazic – the backing vocalist of Alyona Lanskaya in Eurovision 2013.
