After a very exciting “Unser Song Für Österreich” just held in Germany, and three rounds of voting, the German Eurovision entrant for Vienna has been selected!
Eight acts were taking part in the first round, and televoting selected the top four – Alexa Feser, Ann Sophie, Laing, and Andreas Kümmert. These four then sang their second song, so we had eight songs in the second round as well. Finally, the audience went for the second songs of both Ann Sophie (Black Smoke) and Andreas Kümmert (Heart of Stone). The winner was Andreas Kümmert in the end.
Right after winning, Andreas has decided NOT to represent Germany in Vienna, giving that honour to Ann Sophie – the runner up! Coming second in this national final, she will now represent Germany in Vienna!
