Glennis Grace wants to come back to Eurovision!

The Dutch news portal Telegraaf reports that the 2005 Dutch Eurovision entrant, Glennis Grace, expressed her will to return to the Eurovision Song Contest once again – this time in a group!

Berget Lewis, Edsilia Rombley (Dutch Eurovision entrant in 1998 and 2007), Candy Dulfer, and Trijntje Oosterhuis (Dutch Eurovision entrant from this year) and Glennis Grace are together a band called Ladies Of Soul. They are giving a number of concerts every February in a huge indoor Arena in Amsterdam, and these concerts are always sold out.

Glennis would like to come back in Eurovision, but together with the other four Ladies of Soul. Herself, Edsilia, and Trijntje have already done Eurovision, so Glennis thinks that if they do end up going to Eurovision, it would have to be with something “completely different to what people are used to”.

Glennis sang in Eurovision for the Netherlands in 2005, and unfortunately her song “My Impossible Dream” failed to impress the public all over Europe, and didn’t manage to qualify for the Final. Let’s remind ourselves of her song and her performance from Kiev:
