Daniel Kajmakoski releases the first single from his first album!

Daniel Kajmakoski, who represented Macedonia in Eurovision Song Contest 2015, released his first single from his upcoming first album. The song is called “Decenije” (in Serbian/Croatian) or “10 Leta” (in Macedonian).

This is a summer tune with a nice guitar sound, that you can expect from a Balkan singer, but as in every Daniel’s song you can hear something “extra Balkan”. The song was written in collaboration with Aleksandra Milutinovic (music, lyrics and guitars), Darko Dimitrov (arrangement and production, back vocals); translation & adaptation of Macedonian lyrics was performed by Ognen Nedelkovski.

You can also watch the video, which was filmed a couple of weeks ago. Feel a bit of sunny and warm summer. And love, of course! This is what you need for a perfect July!

Daniel Kajmakoski is one of the most popular Balkan singers nowadays – thanks to X Factor Adria! In the spring of 2014 Daniel won the first series of the show, and a few moths later in November 2014 he won the ticket to Vienna (which is his home city as well) to represent his country – Macedonia – in Eurovision 2015! Although he didn’t qualify to the final, an army of his fans has become bigger. Balkan charm mixed with the European background has made him quite a unique singer, who can sing both typical Balkan tunes and international ones. You can hear it yourself in the video below, which was taken at his audition for the above mentioned show:

We also found Daniel as a very nice person, when we took an interview with him in Vienna 2 months ago. Let’s watch it once again!

The summer is still on so we expect more new songs from the Eurovision artists. Stay tuned!
