Douwe Bob to represent The Netherlands in Eurovision 2016!

According to the Dutch portal “Metro”, Douwe Bob is going to be representing The Netherlands in the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm!

AVROTROS has been negotiating with Douwe Bob’s management regarding the Eurovision Song Contest, and the result of this is that we shall be seeing the 22 years old singer-songwriter in Stockholm.

Douwe Bob won the television program “The Best Singer-Songwriter” in the Netherlands. His duet with Anouk (the 2013 Dutch Eurovision entrant) titled “Hold Me” was a big hit in their country. This year, Douwe Bob holds the number 1 position on the album chart with the album Pass it on.

This news is yet to be confirmed by AVROTROS.
