Heads of Delegation meet up in Sofia

Yesterday, the Heads of Delegation of the participating countries in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 met up in Sofia to get information about the upcoming contest. Amongst the topics being discussed were show content, logistics, security, technical and venue lay-out, social program, voting and the social media plan during the Eurovision week.
The General Director of host broadcaster BNT, Viara Ankova, gave a speech in front of the various Heads of Delegation, stating: “The preparation of this enormous event is already at an advanced stage… I want to express my great pleasure that the project has involved so many young professionals from various fields. Their energy and willingness to create a unique experience for all, has really impressed me.”
She also added that they’ve found young artists to design the trophies and stage costumes and that they already have 200 young, Bulgarian dancers and other artists willing to perform their art during the show.

After this gathering, the Heads of Delegation were taken to the Armeec Arena itself to get a tour around the venue and where shown where the different facilities such as dressings rooms, the delegation lounge and the press center will be.
