Deen and Dalal will not sing in English in Stockholm!

It has been announced this morning that Deen and Dalal, who will be representing Bosnia & Herzegovina in the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, will not be singing in English on the Eurovision stage.

BHRT together with their partner, “Tempom” production, decided that the song that is going to be representing Bosnia & Herzegovina in Eurovision 2016 will not be sung in English, and that the song is going to be sung in the local languages of Bosnia & Herzegovina. There are currently two working titles of the song, which will be kept a secret until the final decision has been made.

The composer and the producer of the song Deen and Dalal will perform in Eurovision (alongside with Ana Rucner) is Almir Ajanovic, while he co-wrote the lyrics of the song with Jasmin Fazlic Jala and Zuzi Zu.

A special show will be organized towards the end of February, where the song is going to be presented. This show will include various special guests, including Maya Sar – up to date the last entrant for Bosnia & Herzegovina in the Eurovision Song Contest. BHRT also want to have Zdravko Colic (who represented Yugoslavia in Eurovision 1973 with “Gori Vatra”) and Goran Bregovic (composer of the Serbian song in Eurovision 2010), but their presence will depend on the date of the show.

Stay tuned for more news to come soon.
