Freddie: “Pioneer” is a song about me

Freddie is an artist who the Hungarian music scene got to know in “Rising Star”, where he was one of the finalists. His very first single “Mary Joe”, written by Andras Kallay Saunders (who represented Hungary in Eurovision 2014) became one of the most popular and most played songs of 2015 in Hungary. His second song “Neked nem kell” also achieved big success in the country.

Freddie’s brand new song “Pioneer” has been selected as one of the 30 songs in this year’s edition of A Dal, and he will thus be competing to represent Hungary in the Eurovision Song Contest. We met up with Freddie in Budapest, and spoke to him about his career, “Pioneer”, and we also asked him how was it to work together with Andras. Check it all out in this video right here:
