United Kingdom NF – More details revealed!

This morning, tickets went on sale for “Eurovision – You Decide” which will be held on February 26th at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town, London. You can buy your tickets via this link here.

The national final will be televised on BBC Four between 1930-2100 GMT and will also be available through live streaming via eurovision.tv.

In addition to this, on BBC Radio 2 this morning, Ken Bruce spoke with “Eurovision – You Decide” presenter Mel Giedroyc who confirmed that there will be six acts performing, but she is yet to hear any of them. Ken Bruce will be exclusively playing all six songs on his show on Monday 22nd February and throughout the week running up to “Eurovision – You Decide”.

Mel then went on to confirm that two past Eurovision winners will be performing on February 26th, Måns Zelmerlöw, the Swedish winner from last year’s Eurovision in Viennna, performing “Heroes” and also Katrina Leskanich will sing “Love Shine A Light”, which won for the UK in Dublin in 1997. Mel added that she really wants the United Kingdom to finish at least on the left hand side of the scoreboard this year, and confirms that she will also be in Stockholm for the BBC.
