RTVSM, the national broadcaster has just posted a picture of the video shooting process for Serhat’s Eurovision entry.
Beneath the picture, they revealed the announcement of the song will be on the 9th of March:

Serhat’s song was written by Olcayto Ahmet Tuğsuz, who wrote the Turkish entries of 1982 and 1987, and the lyrics are written by Nektarios Tyrakis for Shake It by Sakis Rouvas in 2004 and Love Me Tonight for Angelica Agurbash the year after.
The song is reported to have been recorded in English, French and Italian at the Piste Rouge Studios in Brussels.
