The public review “J’ai cherché” by Amir!

We continue our series of reviews of all the 43 Eurovision entries. The reviewers are casual viewers of the Eurovision Song Contest, and not Eurovision fans. After presenting you all the reviews of the songs from the first semi final, today we are presenting you the one of the six direct finalists – “J’ai cherché” by Amir – this year’s French Eurovision entry.

In today’s review, we bring you the opinions of Jelena from Serbia, Jean-Paul from the United Kingdom, Zoran and Ivana from Croatia, Steven from Belgium, Lucia from Slovakia, Melinda from Bulgaria, and Nastya and Katia from Russia. We asked them to listen to the song, and to tell us what they think of it. Here is what they said:

What do you think – do you agree, or disagree with their opinions, and their first impressions when listening to the French Eurovision entry? Let us know in the comments below, or on our social media pages.

Tomorrow we will bring you the review of the Spanish entry – “Say Yay” by Barei.

It s great to have a French entry that feels somewhat relevant to anything people would listen to nowadays. I m not sure if top ten is on. Could definitely see J ai Cherche featuring in that 11th-15th bracket, unless the rehearsal promises more.
