The Head of Delegation of Croatia, Mr. Zeljko Mesar, was a special guest this morning at HRT’s show “Studio 4”, and gave away more details about the song Jacques Houdek will perform at Eurovision 2017, “My Friend”, and said that the song will be premiered on the 2nd of March.
Mr. Mesar announced that the song follows this year’s motto – “Celebrate Diversity”. They are planning to have a violinist, a cellist, and three strong backing vocalists on stage with Jacques, and he also gave away that the song will be performed in two languages. Jacques Houdek is getting ready for Eurovision for approximately eight months already, and he promised that Croatia will give something completely different and unique this year.
Jacques Houdek is going to premier “My Friend” on the 2nd of March on HRT’s radio two, at 14:00 CET. In the meanwhile, give a listen to his version of “Euphoria” which he performed together with Nina Kraljic – last year’s Eurovision entrant for Croatia:
