It will be Martina Barta for the Czech Republic!

Not long ago Czech broadcaster ČT confirmed Martina Barta will be representing the Czech Republic at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Kiev this May.

Martina Barta is a mucisian and jazz singer. She has been a member of a Berlin-based jazz band called 4 To The Bar where she both sang the lead vocals and played the french horn.
She has had a role in the musical Robin Hood and has worked with Karel Gott, famous Czech singer who represented Austria in the Eurovision Song Contest 1968 with ‘Tausend Fenster’.

Here you can see Martina performing with her Jazz Orchestra live at the Jazz Institute in Berlin:

The song and accompanying video will be released soon.
Martina will be singing in the first sem-final on the 9th of May.
