The Head of Delegations meeting is taking place today and tomorrow in Kiev, where all participating songs are officially handed in to the EBU. Apart from this, the draw of the host country’s entrants – O. Torvald has also been drawn earlier today at this meeting.

Even though two of the songs have not been made public yet – Armenia’s “Fly With Me”, and Bulgaria’s “Beautiful Mess”, as well as the new version of Lindita’s “World”, all of these songs have been officially handed in to the EBU for participation in Eurovision 2017. The Heads of Delegations will also receive all the information regarding this year’s Contest, except for the actual running order of the songs, which is yet to be decided.

The host broadcaster with the production team are going to decide on the running order for all countries, except for the host country – Ukraine. The draw for the Ukrainian entrants O. Torvald took place today, and at a random pick, they chose the position number 22. Jamala won last year’s Contest from the running order number 21.

The full running order of the two semi finals will be announced in due time.
