Moscow Eurovision 2017 Party now cancelled!

A week ago, ESCBubble wrote about the Moscow Eurovision 2017 Party possibly being cancelled. Several Heads of Delegation had contacted the organisers of the event and indicated they would not be coming if Russia would not get to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017.
The event was then suspended and today came the news of the even being cancelled for this year.

The following artists (in alphabetical country order) would have been present:

Artsvik (Armenia), Dihaj (Azerbaijan), Kristian Kostov (Bulgaria), Demy (Greece), Imri (Israel), Francesco Gabbani (Italy), Sunstroke Project (Moldova), Julia Samoylova (Russia) and Timebelle (Switzerland).  The Tolmachevy Sisters and Teo (Russia and Belarus 2014) were also set to perform.

The organisers themselves deeply regret having to take these measures and express their feelings about the current events as the pre-party and everything surrounding it having become ”hostages in the political situation.
