San Marino representatives, Valentina Monetta and Jimmie Wilson can count on a very special cheerleader when they take the Eurovision stage to perform their dancefloor filler “Spirit of the Night.”

Senhit, the microstate’s 2011 representative when the Eurovision Song Contest was held in Dusseldorf, recorded a message for the duo and the “Stand by” vocalist gave her thoughts on this year’s entry. You can view the video (in Italian) via Facebook here.

In English, she says – “The spirit of the night takes our feelings so much higher and higher.” To me the best quote to wish a good luck to Valentina Monetta & Jimmie Wilson! Your song really rocks, guys. It’s already stuck in my head! I know well your feelings right now, since I’ve been the representative for ESC San Marino in 2011. I’d only suggest you to enjoy your performance, to have a lot of fun and to embrace Eurovision Song Contest’s spirit!

Senhit has been busy since we saw her perform in Dusseldorf, releasing several tracks within the Italian and US music industries including the club hit “Living for the weekend.”

They are performing in 10th position in the second Semi Final to be broadcast on the 11th of May 2017.
