Francesca Michielin precedes new album with ‘Vulcano’!

Francesca Michielin is back and this Friday the singer, who represented Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm with ‘Nessun grado di separazione’, gives us ‘Vulcano’!

It’s her first single this year and she has announced that this is the first single of her new album, an album that is set to come out this fall. This single itself was written by Francesca herself, together with Giacomo Triglia.

Funny detail is that in the lyrics, great importance is given to the letter ”V”! Francesca sings ”V come vulcano” (V as a vulcano) and the letter returns throughout the song as the singer sums up other words  here and there starting with a V (in Italian) that mean something to her.
