Vote in ESCRadio’s Eurovision Top 250 for 2017!

ESCRadio in collaboration with Songfestival.be has started the annual vote for the Eurovision Top 250, and looks for the “best Eurovision song of all time”.

This is the 9th year that ESCRadio is organizing this vote, and will once again play the best 250 Eurovision songs, according to the voters, on the 31st of December. The voting is open for everyone until the 10th of December via this link.

You can use the different search functions of the system to find your favorite songs. Once you’ve found it, click on ‘confirm’, and the song will automatically be added to your personal top 10. If you have mixed up your top 10 songs, you can easily change the order by dragging the song title to the correct position in your top 10.

Last year’s top 10 songs were as follows:

  1. Loreen – Euphoria (Sweden 2012)
  2. Il Volo – Grande Amore (Italy 2015)
  3. Sergey Lazarev – You Are The Only One (Russia 2016)
  4. Jamala – 1944 (Ukraine 2016)
  5. Sertab Erener – Everyway That I Can (Turkey 2003)
  6. Poli Genova – If Love Was A Crime (Bulgaria 2016)
  7. Pastora Soler – Quédate conmigo (Spain 2012)
  8. Mans Zelmerlow – Heroes (Sweden 2015)
  9. Marija Serifovic – Molitva (Serbia 2007)
  10. Conchita Wurst – Rise Like A Phoenix (Austria 2014)

ESCRadio will start playing the best 250 songs at 11am on the 31st of December.

Sweden (Carola) in 2006 in Athens. That’s what I love most.

I find it quite sad that the oldest song in last years’ top 10 is from 2003. I’m not saying that they’re not good songs, but there are so many great Eurovision songs from pre-2000s that I think either get forgotten about or don’t get voted for because people genuinely haven’t heard anything pre-2000. Sad really.
