Olivia Wieczorek will represent Poland in Valletta!

Tonight, was held the Polish national final for Junior Eurovision 2016. 9 young and talented artists performed with the hope of obtaining the golden ticket to represent their country in Valletta, at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2016:

  • Dominika Ptak – Kropla
  • Julia Chmielarska – Na skrzydłach dni
  • Ania Dabrowska – Fryzurka
  • Arfik – Tango dla Kotów
  • ASMki – Do końca świata
  • Olivia Wieczorek – Nie zapomnij
  • Ula Dorosz – Życie to nie gra
  • Amelia Andryszczyk – Marzenia
  • WAMWAY – Zróbmy hałas

At the end of the night, Olivia Wieczorek triumphed and will represent Poland in Malta, at the end of the month of November, with the song ”Nie zapomnij”. .

Tonight’s winner was chosen by the televoters (50%) and a professional jury (50%) : Margaret, Ania Wyszkoni and Marcin Kusy.

This year, the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will take place in the capital city of Malta, Valletta, on the afternoon of Sunday 20 November, after Destiny Chukunyere’s victory in Sofia, last year. Malta also hosted this contest back in 2014.

Poland participated in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in 2003 and 2004, finishing in last place (18th and 16th) both times.
