PBS has just announced that they have received 138 songs for Malta Eurovision Song Contest, which will take place on the 20th and the 21st of November this year. They also released the list of 48 songs that qualified for the second phase in the Maltese national selection. These 48 songs will be performed in front of a jury, which will then select the best 20 to take part in the televised semi final, and final respectively.
In the 48 songs we find many familiar names, some of which already took part in Eurovision: Gianluca Bezzina (as part of L-Ahwa), Glen Vella, Ludwig (as part of Trilogy), Miriam Christine, Olivia Lewis. Here’s the full list of qualifiers:

The final 20, which will make it to the semi finals of Malta Eurovision Song Contest will be revealed in Xarabank, a popular TV Show on TVM on the 3rd of October.
