Host broadcaster ORF decided that EuroVillage and Fan Mile will be located at Heldenplatz, public space in front of Hofburg Palace in the Inner Stadt borough. “We have a lot of ideas, but it’s still too early to reveal any details” – the organisers said.

EuroVillage will be the place dedicated to all Eurovision fans and Vienna inhabitants with lots of attractions in connection with the Contest, i.e. live performances, meeting with the participants, a souvenir shop, sponsors’ and ORF stands and (as local newspaper Kurier informed) public viewing of the two semi finals and the Grand Final of Eurovision Song Contest 2015.

Vienna will also introduce the Fan Mile, or the Eurovision Walk of Fame, where Conchita Wurst will have a special place. Residents and guests can easily learn more about all the winners, and the history of the Contest which will turn 60 next year!

Vienna will probably spent around one million Euros for marketing and promotion. The location of the Euroclub is still unknown.
