The 60th anniversary of Eurovision to be produced by the BBC

According to the news portal tuner.be, there will be a special 60th Anniversary show of the Eurovision Song Contest, and this show will be produced by the BBC!

Just over nine years ago, the EBU has organized the 50th Anniversary of the Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen, a show called “Congratulations!”. Now as the Contest hits its 60th edition, another special show will be produced, this time by the BBC.

Tuner.be also informs that this show will be hosted by Petra Mede, who hosted the Eurovision Song Contest last year in Malmo, and she will be joined by Graham Norton, BBC’s commentator of the Eurovision Song Contest since 2009, but also co-hosted both editions of Eurovision Dance Contest in 2007 and in 2008.

More information about this show is yet to be announced.
