206 songs have been submited on Internet platform of Swiss Television esc.srf.ch. Singers from all over the world were able to send their song(s) during last few weeks, and soon the voting will start to determine which nine songs will proceed to next round – the “Expert Check”. Internet voting will start on the 3rd and will finish on the 17th November. Users are limited to four votes each. The internet votes will be combined with the votes of an expert jury (50/50).

In contrast to last few years, this time the Swiss National Final was not that popular among Eurostars, but we can find a few national finals acts who will fight for right to represent this country in Vienna. Half of duo Rick & Rich took part in last year’s Swiss national final as a member of the group 3 For All. This year he is trying with “New Day“. Bernarda Bruno is back as well. She finished second in 2011, and now she applies with “Please come“. As Bulgaria won’t participate in Eurovision 2015, Simonia Sivanio decided to submit her song “Baracca” to Switzerland. Simonia took part in the Bulgarian national final in 2012. Among candidates we can also find the winner of “The Voice of Switzerland 2” – Tiziana with “Only Human“, former participant of Croatian “Idol” Marijo Jurenic or Alim Jayba with “The Boy who disappeared” composed by Kostas Karaiskos (Cypriot national final 2015).
