San Marino’s national broadcaster have just announced that the next entrant for San Marino in the Eurovision Song Contest is going to be announced after Junior Eurovision, which will be held on the 15th of November in Malta.

New rumours started yesterday regarding San Marino’s Eurovision entry, saying that it will be a collaboration between San Marino and Luxembourg. The San Marino RTV Director General confirmed that there have been some talks between the two countries, but SMRTV is evaluating other proposals as well.

SMRTV will thus announce their participation only after Junior Eurovision. Valentina Monetta represented San Marino in the past three years, and she was the first artist to bring San Marino to the Grand Final of Eurovision, this year in Copenhagen with the song “Maybe”.
