The 28 acts which will take part in Melodifestivalen 2015 have been selected! The names of the 28 lucky participants are going to be revealed on Monday, 24th of November (the participants of the first and the second semi final), and on Tuesday, 25th of November (the participants of the third and the fourth semi finals).
Christer Björkman said that the participant list is clear, but that they will “leave a small window open during the weekend”. He added that there is something for everyone, within the 28 songs which have been selected.
In only a few days we shall see if Aftonbladet’s rumours about the participant list are true, and if we will indeed see Mans Zelmerlow, Samir & Viktor, Sean Banan, Lili & Susie, Charlotte Perrelli, Top Cats, JEM, Panetoz, Oscar Zia, Linus Svenning, Mange Makers, Kristian Amparo, Andreas Weise, Alex Jafarzadeh, Rabih Jaber, De Vet Du, Alexander Vasiliou or Le Tac taking the stage in one of the four cities where the semi finals are going to be held.
Melodifestivalen starts in Gothenburg on the 7th of February, and after another three semis in Malmo, Ostersund, and Orebro, and a Second Chance in Helsingborg, we shall get the winner, and the Swedish Eurovision entrant in 2015 after the final in Friends Arena in Stockholm on the 14th of March.
