The Slovenian national broadcaster has announced the date when their national final, EMA, is going to be held, and it is the 28th of February!

No more than 12 acts will take part in this national final – six invited, and six selected through an open call for songs. The winner will be selected in two rounds of voting – the jury will first select the top two, and then televoting will decide which one of the two is going to represent Slovenia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 in Vienna. This method was already used in 2011, when Maja Keuc won EMA, and represented Slovenia with “No One” in Dusseldorf.

The names of the artists taking part in EMA, as well as their song titles, will be revealed in mid-January, so stay tuned.
