The German national broadcaster has received a total of 1213 videos for the “Clubkonzert”, which will take place in Hamburg on the 19th of February.

After the deadline, the German broadcaster has announced that a total of 1213 videos were uploaded on their official website, 10 of which will be selected to perform in “Clubkonzert” on February 19th in Hamburg. The winner of this show will take the only free spot in their national final “Unser Song für Österreich”, to be held on March 5th in the TUI Arena in Hannover.

The artists could upload any song or performance, an original song or a cover, and in the case of qualification they will get the chance to produce a song that follows the rules of the show.

The rest of the German acts are probably going to be revealed next week. The last year representatives, the group Elaiza, got their spot in the German Final through Clubkonzert, and then ended up winning the national final and representing Germany in Copenhagen with their song “Is it Right?”
