Melodifestivalen: Jon Henrik Fjällgren and Isa to the final!

The third semifinal of Melodifestivalen has just ended and the results are in. After an hour and a half of show, two acts have qualified for the final meanwhile two other songs received the ticket for Andra Chansen.

Jon Henrik Fjällgren and Isa were announced as the winner of this semifinal, receiving a place in the final that will be held next 14th of March, from the Friends arena in Solna, Stockholm. At the same time Kristin Amparo and Andreas Weise will need to attend the Andra Chansen round, a week before the final, in order to compete for the last 4 places available.

Kalle Johansson and Andreas Johnson were the first two act excluded from Melodifestivalen, placing respectively 6th and 7th in the semifinal. After the second round of voting, Ellen Benediktson has been announced as the third act to leave the competition.

Next week, the competition will move to Örebro, with the last seven acts to be presented.

    I’m so happy for ISA 😀 and at the same time feel sorry for Ellen. She has to be at least in Andra Chansen. 🙁 And for Jon Henrik … I have no words, Sweden what are you doing?!? :O It will be the worst possible choice if he go to Vienna…
