Bojana Stamenov releases the English version of her Eurovision Entry!

OGAE Serbia has released the English version of Bojana Stamenov’s entry to this year’s Eurovision Song Contest. The English lyrics of the song, entitled ‘Beauty Never Lies’ were written by Charlie Mason, who also wrote the lyrics to last year’s winning Eurovision entry ‘Rise Like a Phoenix’. The music is by Vladimir Grajić, who wrote, amongst other Eurovision songs, ‘Molitva’, which won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2007.

RTS have still to decide which in language Bojana will sing in Vienna. This will be decided this week, before the Reference Group meeting week.

The Serbian ESC team and OGAE Serbia are offering Eurovision fans the chance to be part of the promotional video of the English version. They would like people to record a video of themselves singing the whole song  using their mobile phone, tablet or web-camera and send the video-shot to evrovizija@vladimirgraic.com by no later than 1200 CET on Friday, 13 March 2015.

You can record your video in an HD, mp4 or another compatible format. It would be desirable that you wear an interesting outfit. The accent is, however, put on the video, so, it’s not important whether you know how to sing or not. Also, please do not forget to write your first name and surname, as well as the city and country you reside in.

Snippets of the best videos will be put in the promotional video for the English version of the song in which, besides Bojana Stamenov, Marija Šerifović – the winner of Eurovision 2007 – and some other famous artists will take part.

You can find more information about how to take part, the full lyrics to the song, and download the mp3 of the English version HERE: (in Serbian)
