The Greek national final which was a collaboration between Nerit and Mad, has finished only moments ago. Five songs took part in this national selection, and a mix of jury votes (50%) and televoting (50%), have decided that Maria Elena Kiriakou will represent Greece in this year’s Eurovision with the song “One Last Breath”!

In a 2.5 hour show, Greece was looking for their 36th Eurovision entry. The show was full of interval acts, including Helena Paparizou, One – who re-united especially for tonight, Loukas Giorkas, as well as this year’s Cypriot Eurovision entrant – Giannis Karagiannis. In the end, televoters and the jury decided that Maria Elena Kiriakou will be flying the Greek flag in Vienna with her song “One Last Breath”.
