From a Eurovision Star’s point of view – Eldar Gasimov

Every single one of us has his/her own opinion on every of the songs which are taking part in the Eurovision Song Contest, whether we heard them as soon as they were released, or whether we are waiting to hear them for the first time during the actual Eurovision semi finals, and the Eurovision Final.

ESCBubble has decided to ask eight Eurovision stars for their opinions – they have been there, they know how it feels being on the Eurovision stage and competing, so we wanted to hear what do they have to say about this year. The eight artists are all from different countries, and different parts of Europe. And we are starting from one of the few Eurovision winners we have in our panel – Eldar Gasimov, who won for Azerbaijan in 2011 with the song “Running Scared“.

Eldar listened, and told us his impressions on the following five songs:

  1. Austria – The Makemakes – I Am Yours
  2. Montenegro – Knez – Adio
  3. Russia – Polina Gagarina – A Million Voices
  4. Moldova – Eduard Romanyuta – I Want Your Love
  5. Iceland – Maria Olafs – Unbroken

Check out Eldar’s impressions in this video right here:

We will continue bringing you Eurovision stars’ impressions tomorrow, with Nadine Beiler from Austria.
