Elhaida Dani releases an Albanian version of “I’m Alive”

This year’s Albanian Eurovision entrant, Elhaida Dani, has just released her Eurovision song in her native, Albanian language.

The Albanian version of the song is titled “Ne jete”, and the lyrics were written by Sokol Marsi. Give a listen to this version of the song right here:

Albania will compete in the first semi final on the 19th of May, and will perform 14th on the night.

I watched Eurovision in 1998 for the first time (by accident), and wondered what this show was where this girl with a cape sang in Croatian on Hungarian television. It's needless to say that I watch this show ever since. 2008 in Belgrade was the first Eurovision I've ever been to, and since then I've been to most of them.
My favourite Eurovision winner is "Everyway That I Can", and one of my all time favorite Eurovision songs is "Igranka".
