Aynur Aydın Ready For Eurovision?

There have always been rumours about the young and talented Turkish singer Aynur Aydın doing Eurovision since she came into prominence in Turkish music industry, but this time it was her who actually talked about it.

Few days ago on Micheal Kuyucu’s radio show on TRT, she said that she was born in Germany and grew up there but settled in Sweden to record her album. “I wished to get to know my country better when I came here, that is why I went on with baby steps.” Aynur said.

Conversation proceeded to Eurovision rumours when Michael Kuyucu asked her whether she was aware of the fact that Turkish Eurovision fans’ eye-candy Turkish representative was her, she told him “I do not bring up the issue personally. I mean I do not tell them (TRT) to choose me but Eurovision fans. I definitely would like to represent my country, I had dreams about it, I thought about a good Eurovision entry, I have some serious projects. But we need to start participating in the Contest before all. Many people in and out of the country want me to participate, which motivates me so well, I want to represent my country.”

Will Aynur’s dream come true, that we will see over time. You might want to have a listen to her latest wonderful single Günah Sevap (or, Sin Good Deed):
