Nine years after representing Belgium at Eurovision, Kate Ryan is back with her brand new single. The track, entitled ‘Runaway’ is a cover version of the 80s classic ‘Smalltown Boy’ by Bronski Beat, which was a huge hit in Europe in 1984.
 
Kate’s version of the track is a departure in style from her usual dance music, while still remaining essentially Kate Ryan. The single is the first release with her record label Mostiko Records, a division of CNR Records.

Kate recently said in the press that she’d love to try again for Eurovision! Who knows, perhaps we will see her on the Eurovision stage again soon. In the meantime, you can check out the video to the new single here!
