As we reported a couple of days ago, it is Douwe Bob who is going to be representing The Netherlands in the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, which will be held in Stockholm. AVROTROS, the Dutch national broadcaster has confirmed the news.

Douwe Bob, being a singer-songwriter, will most probably write the song himself, and as he says himself, he is in it to win it! Remco van Leen, the media director of AVROTROS said:

Douwe Bob writes and composes his own music… We are all going to get to work now, because only when everything is right we can expect the Eurovision victory.
