Few days ago RTVSLO announced who will compete in the MINI EMA 2015, the Slovenian national selection for the 13th edition of Junior Eurovision Song Contest, which will take place in Arena Armeec in Sofia, Bulgaria on November 21, 2015.

All of the song titles for MINI EMA 2015 were revealed, but the songs are not yet released. None of the composers of the songs were known until yesterday, when Maraaya, Slovenian entrants at the Eurovision 2015, posted a photo on Facebook and revealed the secret, that they are involved in Junior Eurovision again. They helped Ula Ložar last year, when she made the Slovenian début in Junior Eurovision with Nisi sam/Your Light.

They are back this year – Maraaya helped to co-write the song Prva Ljubezen (eng. First Love), which will be performed by 12-year-old Lina Kuduzović, who previously won the first season of Slovenia’s Got Talent in 2010.

– Lina Kuduzović won Slovenia’s Got Talent show back in 2010, but basically not so many people living over the Slovene border know that the runner-up that year was Maja Keuc, who represented Slovenia in 2011 in Düsseldorf, with the song “No one”.
– Lina Kuduzović is Maraaya’s former student as well, and the song for Junior Eurovision is not their first music collaboration. Back in 2011 she released her first album, “Lina”, which was composed by Raay (Maraaya).
– Lina was born and raised in Slovenia, but in 2012 she moved with her family to Egerkingen, Switzerland. Earlier this year she also participated in Die grössten Schweizer Talente (Switzerland’s Got Talent), and was sent directly to the Final, by pressing on the golden button.
