Junior Eurovision Eire (Ireland): Third semi-final tonight!

Tonight, will be held the 3rd semi-final of the Irish national final for Junior Eurovision. Last week, during the 2nd semi-final, Aimee Banks obtained her ticket for the Final, which will be held on November 8th. This week, 8 other participants will try to qualify for the Final of ‘’Junior Eurovision Eire (Ireland)’’.

At first, the 8 participants will sing their song a first time, hoping to win the votes of the judges. Then the judges will choose their two favourite songs to compete in a ‘’final sing off”. Finally, only one of the 8 acts of tonight’s semi-final will be able to qualify for the Final, which is going to be held on November 8th. The 3 judges that are in charge of judging tonight’s acts are Niamh Kavanagh, Brian Kennedy and Stiofán Ó Fearail.

Tonight, the 8 other acts will perform:

  • Aisli Moran (13 years old)
  • Rachel Galvin (15 years old)
  • Adam Moloney (13 years old)
  • Aoibhin Walsh (15 years old)
  • Revolutionary (14 years old)
  • Leah Kavanagh (14 years old)
  • Amy Scollard (14 years old)
  • Muireann Vaughan (15 years old)

The artists will not perform a full version of their entry. But if ever one tonight’s participants was to win the contest, he will be performing the full version of his song in Sofia, at the end of the month of November. The show will begin at 21:30 (CET) and can be seen worldwide, here.
