The deadline for submitting songs for A Dal 2016 ended on the 24th of November, and the juries have listened through all of the submitted songs in order to select the best 30 to enter next year’s edition of A Dal. We can now reveal that the show will start on the 23rd of January!
A Dal 2016 will once again consist of various heats, semi finals, and a big final. The Hungarian Eurovision selection marathon will start on the 23rd of January with its first heat, and even though there’s no official confirmation about the date of the Final, it is most likely going to take place on the 27th of February (after three heats, two semi finals, and a final).
The jury panel, as well as the voting system haven’t been announced yet, but there will surely be a change in the jury panel, as Mr. Philip Rakay, one of the jury members of A Dal from its very first edition, has left MTVA. More information of the entire concept of the show, as well as the list of the selected songs for this competition will be revealed shortly.
