Freddy Kalas’ song gets a new chorus for MGP!

The Norwegian broadcaster has just announced that Freddy Kalas’ song “Happy Rush” is getting a new chorus for Melodi Grand Prix, after being discovered that the chorus of the song is very similar to his song “Cannabus” released a couple of years ago. Also, the song gets a new title – “Feel Da Rush”.

After yesterday’s meeting in NRK, Freddy Kalas promised to write a new chorus for the song in order to stay in the competition, and he has done it in a day. The re-written song was presented today, and NRK accepted his new song, and he will thus continue in Melodi Grand Prix.

“Feel Da Rush” is written by Simen Auke, Mikkel Christiansen, Trond Opsahl, Christoffer Huse and Freddy Kalas himself. The Norwegian Melodi Grand Prix will take place on the 27th of February in Oslo.
