Edyta Gorniak presents “Grateful” for the very first time

During the final concert of Edyta’s tournee “Love2Love” in Krakow, Polish candidate for Eurovision 2016 presented the entry “Grateful” submitted for National Final 2016. It’s strong ballad in English but local fans are divided for those who are excited with such song and those who expected more. According to JastrzabPost.pl, singer did not perform this song live tonight but decided to let audience listen to studio version instead. You can listen to this entry below:

Before the performance Edyta said she probably won’t win National Final. “But who cares… When I was in the Eurovision many of you were not born yet, so let’s relive it again”. Singer is aware she can fail to some disco-polo (Polish sort of dance music) acts but she asked her audience not to be angry because of that. “Let’s wish ourselves good luck, that it’s” – she concluded.

Will Edyta Gorniak qualify to the National Final? We will know that of Tuesday at 18:25 CET during “Swiat sie kreci” live show hosted by Artur Orzech (Polish Eurovision commentator) at TVP1. Probably 10 acts will perform in the final scheduled for 5th March in Warsaw. Edyta Gorniak (Eurovision 1994 with “To nie ja”), Margaret (runner-up of Baltic Song Contest 2013) and Natalia Szroeder (“Your Face Sounds Familiar” participant) are the strongest candidates based on their popularity but few less-known singers are expected in the line-up as well.

Hm… I didn’t know, but I think that Margaret has bigger chance than Edyta. I wish good luck both from UK!!
