The night was hosted by Sergiu Bezniţchi and Olivia Furtună whilst also featuring a whopping 8-song set from former O Melodi Pentru Europa winner, Pasha Parfeny, including his entry in Baku, Lautar.

Most notable about Lidia’s entry, titled “Falling Stars,” is that two of the writers of the song, Gabriel Alares and Leonid Gutkin, also contributed writing credits to last year’s runner up in the contest, Polina Gagarina’s “A Million Voices.”

Lidia will perform her song “Falling Stars” in the first semi final of the Eurovision Song Contest to be held on the 10th of May in Stockholm’s Globen Arena.
