Tonight was held, in Sofia, the Bulgarian national final for Junior Eurovision 2016. 5 acts competed with the hope of obtaining the golden ticket to represent their country in Valetta, in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2016:

- Dimitrina Germanova
- Simona Krasteva
- Group Bon-Bon
- Preslava Petrova
The young and talented artists, participating in this final, performed two songs (and at least one in Bulgarian). Tonight’s winner was decided by both the televoters (50%) and a professional jury (50%). At the end of the night, Lidia Ganeva triumphed and will represent her country in Valetta, in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2016. She had also won both semi-finals. The song that she will perform in Valetta, in November, will be revealed later.
Last year, Gabriela Yordanova & Yvan Stoyanov represented their country, in Sofia, with the song ”Colour of hope”. They finished in 9th place, with a total of 62 points.
This year, the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will take place in the capital city of Malta, Valetta, on the afternoon of Sunday 20 November, after Destiny Chukunyere’s victory in Sofia, last year. Malta also hosted this contest back in 2014.
