Blanche to represent Belgium in Eurovision 2017!

Ellie Delvaux, aka Blanche, has been internally selected by RTBF, the French language broadcaster from Belgium, to represent her country at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest, which will be held in Kiev next May.

Blanche took part in The Voice of Belgium last year, where she was one of the semi finalists. Since then, she was working together with Pierre Dumoulin from “Roscoe”, and recorded some demos which were well received by RTBF. The method of the song selection for Blanche is yet to be announced. In the meanwhile, listen to some of her covers:

Belgium finished in the top 10 in the last two editions of the Contest – in 2015 with Loic Nottet and “Rhythm Inside”, as well as this year in Stockholm with Laura Tesoro and her song “What’s The Pressure”. Can Blanche bring Belgium in the top ten for the third year running?
