Tako Gachechiladze to represent Georgia in Eurovision 2017!

The Georgian national selection has ended moments ago, and 25 songs competed to become the 10th entry for Georgia in the Eurovision Song Contest. Televoters in Georgia and international juries decided that Tako Gachechiladze will be off to Kiev with the song “Keep The Faith”.

After all 25 songs were performed, the Georgian public was invite to televote for their favorite song, while the international juries (coming from Bulgaria, Israel, The Netherlands, and Sweden) had to cast their votes Eurovision style. The usual 50-50% method was used to decide the winner.

Tako Gachechiladze ended up in the top spot with the juries with 98 points, three points ahead of Malibu. When televoting results were added to the juries, it was revealed that Tako Gachechiladze won and will be singing “Keep The Faith” in Kiev this coming May. Give a listen to Georgia’s entry in Eurovision 2017 right here:
