These are YOUR qualifiers in the first heat of A Dal 2017!

A Dal 2017 kicks off tonight, where 10 acts are going to compete for the six places in the semi final. Here is how tonight’s show works, and how you can interact:

The four member jury (Károly Frenreisz, Caramel, Zséda, and Miklós Both) will evaluate each and every of the songs and performances, by marking them from 1 to 10. Viewers from all over the world who download the MédiaKlikk Plusz app from their app store will be able to mark all the songs as well as they are being performed (completely free of charge). The average mark will then be added to the jury score. Based on the overall results of the four jurors + app vote, the top 5 acts will qualify for the semi final. The remaining five acts will face a round of televoting, where a single act which received the most votes will advance to the semi final.

In the past couple of days we ran a poll asking you which songs you would like to see qualify for the semi finals of A Dal 2017, and with over 1,100 votes received, here are the current results:

  1. David Henderson – White Shadows – 17,44%
  2. Spoon 21 – Deák – 16,58%
  3. Viki Singh – Rain – 15,38%
  4. Benji – Karcok – 10,82%
  5. Roma Soul – Nyitva a ház – 10,40%

  9. Leander Kills – Élet – 4,73%
  10. The Wings – Mint a hurrikán – 1,37%

Our editors panel have also listened to the 10 songs which are competing tonight, and voted for them. This is our outcome:

  1. Viki Singh – Rain
  2. Roma Soul – Nyitva a ház
  3. Spoon 21 – Deák
  4. Benji – Karcok
  5. David Henderson – White Shadows
  6. Calidora – Glory
  7. Leander Rising – Élet
  8. Rocktenors – Ősz
  9. The Wings – Mint a hurrikán
  10. Kata Csondor – Create

Both our readers and editors agree that David Henderson, Spoon 21, Viki Singh, Benji and Roma Soul should be five of the six qualifiers in tonight’s show, whereas our editors would like to see Calidora through, who just missed out on the qualification spot with our readers, with Rocktenors qualifying with less than 1% votes ahead of her.

The stage this year features a light panel specially designed for this show, filled with spinning mirrors. Performance will feature dry ice, fire projectors, CO2 jets, and a backdrop full of LED that will be adapted to each and every of the performances, making them all look very unique. The back-stage area will once again be inside the studio, so all the acts will be able to follow what’s happening on stage at all times.

The show will start at 19:30 CET, and a live broadcast will be available through MTVA’s official website here (click).

Also, you can still vote in our poll if you haven’t done so until now, and you can still change the result of our poll, which will end as the show ends tonight. Vote for six of these 10 songs that you would like to see through to the semi final:
