Francesco Gabbani is the winner of the 67th San Remo Festival!

After 5 long hours of the biggest Italian music contest, San Remo, we have a winner. It’s Francesco Gabbani, who’s entry was ‘Occidentali’s Karma’.

It’s yet unknown whether he’s going to be Italian representative at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev or not. The official confirmation of this should come very shortly. In the meanwhile, take a look at the music video and studio version of the winning song of the 67th San Remo Music Festival:

‘Thunder and lightning it’s getting exciting’

I remember living the Eurovision bubble at the very place for the first time in 2014, when Emmelie De Forest brought the Contest to Denmark, and I love and loved every minute of it. One of my favorite Eurovision songs is probably "You Are The Only One" by Sergey Lazarev, of course among many others. #teamSLO
