Omar Naber: “If you wanna make it big, you need the uppers and the downers as well”

Omar Naber won EMA 2017 on Friday evening, and will go on to represent Slovenia in Eurovision in Kiev, for the second time.

Moments after he won EMA 2017 with his song “On My Way”, we spoke to Omar and got his first impressions of the show. Check them out in this interview here:

I watched Eurovision in 1998 for the first time (by accident), and wondered what this show was where this girl with a cape sang in Croatian on Hungarian television. It's needless to say that I watch this show ever since. 2008 in Belgrade was the first Eurovision I've ever been to, and since then I've been to most of them.
My favourite Eurovision winner is "Everyway That I Can", and one of my all time favorite Eurovision songs is "Igranka".
