Ticket sales for the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest which will take place in Kiev has been delayed, which is a decision taken by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
94 days before the Grand Final of Eurovision 2017, the ticket sales has been delayed due to issues with the tender processes. The Executive Supervisor of the Eurovision Song Contest stated:
We are disappointed with the delay to the start of ticket sales for the Eurovision Song Contest 2017, but are working closely with Host Broadcaster UA:PBC to resolve this situation. The EBU recognises that any tender process needs to be transparent and fair, and hope that tickets can go on sale at the earliest possible opportunity.
Stay tuned for more information to come regarding ticket sales for Eurovision 2017, which will be held in Kiev on the 9th, 11th and 13th of May.
